Dry Riser Services
RAYN provides dry riser services for commercial, residential and other properties throughout Ireland.
Dry risers form an important part of the fire protection infrastructure of appropriate buildings, providing a means for the fire service to distribute water through a building when required.
RAYN can assist property owners, facilities managers and organisations with their dry riser requirements.
Dry Riser Inspection & Maintenance
Fire safety infrastructure needs to be kept in suitable working condition.
RAYN provides inspection and maintenance services for dry riser systems, helping building owners and responsible persons manage their fire safety systems.
Where issues are identified, we can advise on the appropriate remedial work.
Dry Riser Testing
Regular testing helps identify issues that could affect the operation of a dry riser when it is needed.
Our team can inspect and test dry riser installations and provide guidance where maintenance or remedial work is required.
Dry Riser Repairs
Problems with valves, inlets, outlets, pipework or other components can affect the condition and operation of a dry riser system.
Where defects are identified, RAYN can assess the installation and advise on repairs or remedial works.
Commercial Dry Riser Services
We work with property managers, businesses and organisations throughout Limerick to help maintain essential fire safety systems.
