  • We use WooCommerce for product listing and checkout processing and Stripe for secure online payments.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is confirmed and dispatched.

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on stock levels, location, and external factors.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Undelivered or misdelivered items due to incorrect information are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU Consumer Rights.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
