Welcome to RAYN Safety. Security. (“RAYN”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website (https://www.rayn.ie), placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. General Conditions
- RAYN reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- All content, images, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of RAYN and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our service without express written permission from us.
3. Products & Services
- All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue products or services without notice.
- Product descriptions and prices are subject to correction without notice in case of errors.
4. Prices & Payment
- All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- We use WooCommerce for product listing and checkout processing and Stripe for secure online payments.
- Payment must be received in full before an order is confirmed and dispatched.
- The Company operates on a 30-day payment policy. All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension until full payment is received. The Company reserves the right to review and adjust service charges periodically in response to market changes, regulatory compliance, or adjustments in the Client service requirements. Any changes will be communicated in writing with at least 30 days' notice. All payments must be made in cleared funds, without any deduction, set off, or counterclaim by the Client.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on stock levels, location, and external factors.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. Undelivered or misdelivered items due to incorrect information are not our responsibility.
6. Returns & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU Consumer Rights.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Warranty
- Hikvision Products - 3 Year Warranty.
- Paxton Products - 5 Year Warranty.
- DEA Products - 3 Year Warranty.
- The warranty is void if unauthorized personnel tamper with the equipment. The Company is not responsible for loss or corruption of data, indirect or consequential damages, or system malfunctions caused by external factors beyond its control. Liability for defective performance is limited to the total amount paid under this Agreement in the 12 months preceding any claim.
8. Limitation of Liability
- RAYN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
9. Privacy
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first via info@rayn.ie to resolve any issues. If the issue is not resolved, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or verbal. Any modifications to this Agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be settled in the courts of Ireland.
